Sarah needs a PR job

Hi my name is Sarah. I have beening trying, unsuccessfully, to get a job in the Public Relations field. I worked hard for my degree in Public Relations. I have overcome many obstacles in my life to graduate from college. My lack of experience is holding me back, but how can I get experience if someone won't give me a chance. Any company would find that if given the chance I would be a loyal devoted employee who would give 100% effort.
